Young Life thinks the world of kids. We believe that they deserve to
know what life can hold for them. Young Life leaders are caring adults
who come sharing that hope as well as fun and lasting friendships with
kids. Young Life is also all about fun. From club and camp to
Campaigners and other activities, teenagers will have blast laughing,
trying new things and being with their friends.
Raleigh Young Life now has 14 different clubs throughout the Raleigh area including Broughton, Enloe, Garner, Leesville, Millbrook, St. David's and Sanderson high schools; Daniels, Ligon, St. David's and West Millbrook middle schools; the Urban neighborhoods of downtown; a Latino Club; YoungLives club for teen moms; and YL College club.
Each of the Clubs listed above hold either a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly club and campaigners. The Lord is doing great things in all of these Clubs!
Our mission in Young Life is to meet and love high school kids where they are in their lives. We strive to build relationships with them and show them that there is more to life through Christ. Our hope is to lead them into a relationship with Christ and to walk along side of them and help them grow in their faith
Leaders in Raleigh
In Raleigh Young Life there is amazing fellowship amongst the leaders in the area. All of the leaders are either on staff with Raleigh or volunteer leaders. Raleigh gets most of it's leaders from the local colleges of N.C. State, Meredith and Wake Tech. College students that are interested in becoming a leader go through a training program throughout their freshman year and are placed at the end of their year at one of the clubs.
